Dragonfly brooch in 14K gold with solid opal and 2 yellow diamonds. It was custom made for a private customer. She bought she stones on her trips around the world, and wanted something special made out of them. I made the brooch by carving the dragonfly out of a hard wax and casting it. The settings were made separately and soldered in afterwards. The setting for the opal is made out of pure 24K gold.
